Well, I am headed to Texas for a wedding this weekend, and it is going to be HOT! It was 109 degrees there yesterday and is forecasted to be 109 again today! AHHHHH! Makes me very thankful I live in Colorado and not in Texas any longer. On the Today show, they said the south is experiencing the hottest temperatures in ten years!! It will be a quick trip, but I am excited to see the fam.

It was beautiful, and she looked so happy! It was a quick trip to Texas for me, but I was glad I got to be there! I did see several Holliday people at the reception–Corie, Holly with her baby Noah, and Brian Cable were all there. Fun times! Hope you are doing well and feeling good. It HAS been so incredibly hot! I went out of town this weekend and put the thermostat at 80, and it took almost 5 hours for my house to cool down to its normal 72 — and my house is pretty small with low ceilings! It was at 78 for 3 of those hours. I must say, it is the first time in my entire life that I took a cold shower because I was hot from being *indoors*. Uggggh!
